How much does real estate photography cost in Northern Virginia?
Packages start at $299 for Photos & Floor Plans. Our Social Media Package starts at $499, Video Package at $400, and the 3D Package at $365. Homes over 10,000 sqft get a custom quote. See our packages page for current pricing on every package.
How fast will I get my photos and video?
Photos, 3D Tours, and Floor Plans are always back by next morning, standard. Videos and reels take 24-48 hours for editing. Book your shoot, we shoot the home, and your gallery is delivered the next morning.
What areas do you serve?
Virginia, DC, and Maryland — including Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, Loudoun County, Prince William County, Montgomery County, and Washington, DC. Up to Baltimore, MD and down to Spotsylvania, VA. If your listing is anywhere in the DMV, we shoot it.
What does a shoot include?
It depends on the package. Across the lineup: professional photos, listing video, social media Reels, 3D tours (Matterport or Zillow), floor plans, drone footage, twilight photos, and a property website. Every package includes next-morning delivery for your photos, 3D tour, and floor plans.
Can you fly a drone at my listing?
Where it’s legal, yes. Washington, DC sits inside a 15-mile Flight Restricted Zone, so drone flights there require a waiver — and some parts of the DMV are no-fly for other reasons. We check every address before a drone goes up, and we never fly where we can’t fly legally.
